Optional · Separate from employment

The Gbeya Business Builder Programme

Use what you already know to build something you own.

The Business Builder Programme is for professionals who want to use their existing knowledge and capabilities to build or grow a business of their own.

It is not employment. It is not a promise of employment. And it is not a consolation programme for unsuccessful job applicants. You do not have to apply for a job to be considered, and applying for one is neither required nor an advantage here. If you also want a role with us, that is a separate decision taken by separate people.

Selected participants receive time-limited access to the Gbeya environment and a business-building pathway appropriate to their background. The purpose is not to learn Gbeya. The purpose is to use it as infrastructure for an actual commercial operation of your own.

What people build

  • A consulting practice

Package expertise, manage prospects and clients, schedule engagements and operate the business.

  • A coaching business

Sell engagements, manage bookings and clients, develop programmes and run customer relationships.

  • A training business

Create structured programmes, enrol learners, manage delivery, issue certificates.

  • A digital education business

Build courses, educational products, communities and the commercial offerings around them.

  • A creator business

Turn content and an audience into owned customer relationships and commercial opportunity.

  • An agency or professional service

Acquire clients, manage relationships, deliver, and build repeatable operational processes.

  • A specialist implementation practice

Use existing CRM, automation, marketing or operations expertise to build services for businesses that need them.

The 90-day pathway

Long enough to build something real, and deliberately time-limited.

  1. Days 1–15Define

Determine what you know, who needs it, what problem you can solve, and what commercial offer you can build around it.

  2. Days 16–30Build

Establish the business infrastructure around the offer: customer journey, CRM, booking, communication, payments, programmes and the workflows that run them.

  3. Days 31–60Go to market

Take it into the market. Acquire prospects, speak to potential customers, publish, sell, test the offer and improve it.

  4. Days 61–90Operate

Run it as an actual business. Manage customers, deliver, measure results, improve operations, and decide whether it has enough value to continue past the programme.

And yes — you can make money

If you create a consulting service and find a customer, that is your customer. If you build a course and sell it, that is your revenue. If you establish an agency and acquire clients, that is your company. We are not asking you to build those for us — we are providing the environment in which you build for yourself.

There is no promise that taking part will generate income. What you earn depends on your offer, your market, your execution and your customers.

Express your interest

Two questions. A person reads the answers.

This is not a job application and is not read by anyone making a hiring decision. If you have also applied for a role, the two are reviewed separately by different people, and this one cannot affect that one.
